This family fun festival features live entertainment, an arts and crafts show, food vendors and family-friendly activities. “Coming to the show has become a Labor Day tradition for both locals and visitors. It’s great to see the talented artists that come from the Northwest,” said Event Manager Jaye Payne. The festival’s uniqueness comes from its emphasis on local and regional artists. Vendors are required to have created 75% of artwork available for purchase. No commercial items are sold.
This year’s artists include paintings by Diane Paton-Peel, watercolors by Ned Fox, wood crafts by Dan Donley, pictures by Richard & Carol Bower, gourmet flavored almonds by Jacquie Bosinger, custom design jewelry by Bobbi Hotchkiss, handmade clothes by Shelle Finch, handmade sterling silver jewelry by David Gill, craft button art by Virginia Carter, pottery by Marilyn Wilder, hair claws, custom knifes and cutting boards by Donna Scheunemann.
Food vendors, inflatables and a train ride with Dr. Wayne will be available throughout the festival. On Saturday, a beverage garden will be available to attendees.
