Goat Yoga At Rio Vista Wines

Goat Yoga is an hour-long family friendly experience. Our classes offer beginner friendly yoga guidance with friendly and loving goats from our own herd. The goats tend to hang out in your space during seated poses and stay at a short distance during our standing poses grazing in the grass nearby. This is one class you will not want to miss. Students tend to leave feeling happy and relaxed. Pre-registration is required and can be completed at www.feistymountaingoat.yoga We offer a single Monday Morning class at Rio Vista Wines at 11 AM
