The Barn training space is a beautiful 3,000 sq. ft. modern facility fully equipped with high-end Rogue functional training equipment, showers, bathrooms, and locker space. The 60’ of Rogue Rigs provide 13 squat racks and floor space for up to 30 athletes. Our strength & conditioning track is designed to get you strong & fit. STRONG workouts combine traditional strength training followed by a full-body conditioning workout. You’ll know what to expect, but that doesn’t mean it’ll be any easier. Warm up, lift, then sweat.

Day & Week Passes available for guests to Lake Chelan. Monthly Memberships and Punch Cards available for locals. Passes and punch cards have expiration periods and cannot be shared.
