Hot Yoga
Hot Hatha in the original style of 26+2 — Suitable for beginners or experienced students, 26 postures and two breathing exercises performed in the same sequence. This practice leads the student to increased strength, flexibility, focus, and a peaceful mind. Practicing the postures in the same sequence, in combination with the teacher’s dialogue, leads the student into a meditative experience. Replicating the high temperatures of India with a heated classroom lead to detoxification through the sweat. We recommend hydrating well, up to 24 hours before class. Mat rentals available at the studio, bring your own towel!
