This class is designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and increase cardiovascular fitness, all while promoting mental focus and stress relief. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a safe and effective workout that will leave you feeling invigorated and empowered. Suitable for all fitness levels; instructor provides modifications to increase or decrease challenge for every exercise. We recommend coming hydrated! Mat rentals available, bring your own towel!
