The 16th Annual Cruizin Chelan Car Show
It’s time for the Cruizin Chelan Car Show, meaning summer has officially started! Jumpstart those warm sunny days June 3 & 4 by bringing the family to downtown Chelan, where cars are displayed just for you. Enjoy the sunshine, stroll down memory lane, and check out this event with the ones you love!
Show ‘n’ Shine
There isn’t anything quite as memorable as seeing a well kept classic car or truck! Even the ones who don’t geek out over gears and motors can’t deny the draw of a bright candy colored yester-year automobile! On June 4, head on down to the Show ‘n’ Shine. Walk through Historic Downtown Chelan where many cars, trucks, and motorcycles will compete for a chance to win the “Best of Show” trophy.
Miller’s Auto Museum
The Miller’s Lake Chelan Auto Museum is credited to the detailed work of Leo and Polly Miller. Their love for automobiles in all their many forms is not easily dismissed once one sees the exquisite collection they have accrued for themselves. The Miller Auto Museum boasts many of their cherished pieces along with much memorabilia, all of which takes you to a simpler time. On your next Lake Chelan visit, stop by to see the work of art they have created. Or better yet, join in on the fun with a Kickoff Party at Miller’s Auto Museum, on June 3 with food, drinks, and live music!
Local Scholarships
The Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Miller’s Auto Museum, awards scholarships in the amount of $1,000 to students at Chelan High School. Due to the proceeds of this event, the Lake Chelan Chamber and Miller’s Auto Museum are able to once again give financial aid to the youth in the valley. Your money spent goes directly to the betterment of high school students as they continue on with their education.
The annual Cruizin Chelan Car Show is the best way to meet those like-minded folks all while seeing unique and uncommon rides. Bring your family and friends on out to the streets to view some old school charm and enjoy the central Washington sunshine!
