Special Olympics Registration Party

The mission of Special Olympics is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.

If you are interested in participating as a Special Olympics athlete, bring your entire family to get more information, sign up, and eat pizza. Pizza is Free! Drop in anytime between 5-7pm during our 2 Registration Events:

Special Olympics Washington is partnering with local community members and organizations to start 2 programs in the greater Chelan area – Based in Chelan and Brewster. There is no charge to participate.

Spring Season Timeline

March 31: Registration Closes

Mid-April: Practices Begin

Early May: Possible Local Play

May 20: Regional Tournament

June 9-11: State Games in Tacoma (Team must qualify)
