What is included in my ticket?

General Admission: Your ticket includes a tasting glass, 6 drink tickets and a sponsored gift. Additional drink tickets will be available for purchase in packs of 5. Admittance begins at 2pm.

VIP Admission: Your ticket includes a tasting glass, 10 drink tickets, a sponsored gift, a commemorative Silipint glass, and an hour with your closer friends and brewers! Admittance is 1-2pm.

*Each drink ticket equals a 4oz pour. 3 tickets is one pint.

Will tickets be available for purchase at the entrance?

This event is planned to sell out. We would recommend you purchase tickets in advance. If there are tickets available day of, they will be available until sold out.

What vendors can I expect to see?

We will have a complete list of vendors for 2026 coming soon!

Is there a designated driver ticket available?

No, there is one ticket price. We do encourage designated drivers in your party, and we will have non-alcoholic beverages available. We will also have a list of cabs or drivers available.

Can I purchase additional tasting tickets?

Yes! Additional tasting tickets will be available for purchase at either entrance. In addition to single tasting tickets, you can purchase a pack of 5 tickets for $10 at the event. Please note that the Grandview end of the bridge will only be open from 1-3 PM.

Are there non-alcoholic beverages available?

Water will be complimentary, provided by Even Keel Roadhouse, during the event. There will also be non-alcoholic beer available to try for a drink ticket.

Where is the entrance to the event?

The main entrance to the event will be on the east end of the Old Bridge in front of Campbell’s Resort (104 W Woodin Ave). We will have a secondary entrance available from 1-3pm on the west end in front of Grandview on the Lake (322 W Woodin Ave).

I pre-ordered merchandise, when and where can I pick it up?

All pre-ordered merchandise can be picked up during the event at the main entrance (Campbell’s side).

Can I bring my underage child or baby?

This is a strictly 21 and over event. Babies in strollers or carriers are not permitted. Proper identification is required.

Do I have to print my ticket?

Your ticket can be scanned from your phone via the email you were sent or you can print the ticket and we will scan that. If you can’t find your ticket, we can also look it up by name, verified by your ID.

I have a favorite beer and cider, can I vote for my favorite?

Vote for your favorite! The highest-voted brewery and cidery will take home a trophy for Fan Favorite! There will be a QR code on each vendor’s sign and on an a-frame to scan and vote.

Can I purchase my favorite beer or cider to take home?

We encourage you to go directly to the brewery or cidery to get the full experience!

Will there be food available?

We encourage you to have lunch, dinner, or pick up food at one of our local restaurants to bring into the event. Vendors participating: Tasty Tacos, Bavarian Kettle Corn, Maria’s Churros

Can I bring my dog to the event?

Well behaved dogs on leash are welcome. We reserve the right to ask you to remove your dog if they are being unruly.

Where should I park?

Parking is available at the Chelan High School (215 Webster Ave) only two blocks away. Although not required, you may donate to the Chelan Goats Athletic Program.

Can I get a refund for my ticket(s) for any given reason?

No refunds. Consider it a donation to Thrive Chelan Valley’s Back to School Backpack Fund. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to info@lakechelan.com.
