Job Description:
Rocky Pond Estate Winery is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Concert Event Staff to help deliver exceptional guest experiences during our summer concert series and special events. This seasonal position plays an important role in event operations, assisting with guest arrival, venue setup, wine service support, and event breakdown. The ideal candidates are dependable, energetic, and enjoys working in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
-Welcome guests with professionalism and provide exceptional hospitality.
-Assist with concert ticket scanning and guest check-in.
-Conduct bag checks in accordance with event policies.
-Set up event spaces, including tables, chairs, signage, tents, and other event equipment.
-Restock wine bars with glassware, wine, supplies, and other service items throughout the event.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe concert venue.
-Assist with post-event cleanup and venue breakdown.
-Provide general event support to ensure smooth operations before, during, and after concerts.
-Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
-Excellent customer service and communication skills.
-Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude.
-Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
-Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical event setup and breakdown tasks.
-Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the concert schedule.
-Previous hospitality, event, winery, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Working Conditions
-Primarily outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
-Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying equipment and supplies.
-Fast-paced environment with large guest attendance.
Hourly compensation: $18-20, eligible for tips
