It’s officially Red Wine & Chocolate month at Cairdeas! Merrow Chocolatier meticulously crafted four specially paired chocolates to pair with four of our red wines.

These are our mouth-watering pairings:

  • 2020 Counoise – Pomegranate and Cardamom Truffle
  • 2021 Grenache Noir – Sage, Juniper Berry and Nutmeg Caramel
  • 2020 Trí – Fig, Orange and Clove Truffle
  • NV Port- Style Petite Sirah – Espresso, Chili and Cinnamon Truffle
