Campbell’s Resort Chef’s Table – Featuring Succession Wines & Nefarious Cellars
Our monthly Chef’s Table is a unique and curated dining experience where we view each attendee as a “personal guest of the Chef.” Each unique dinner reflects a hyper-seasonal and hyper-local menu. We work closely with our local purveyors to get the highest quality products that showcase our seasons and the flavors of Chelan; reflecting our beautiful region on your plate. Each month we will feature at least one coursed tasting menu by Campbell’s Executive Chef Jayson Thompson, as well as a beverage pairing for each course.
