Chef’s Secrets for the Home Cook: Cooking Class with Chef Holly Brown

Chelan’s beloved Culinary Apple store has paired up with Chef Holly Brown for cooking classes on Wednesday’s at 5pm in October. Check out the menus and dates, then get your tickets before they’re sold out. Each class takes place at the Culinary Apple in Chelan and includes a raffle for complimentary goodies. Classes limited to 14 students. $75 plus tax per person.

CHEF’S SECRETS FOR THE HOME COOK INCLUDES: Learn knife skills, the art of mis en place, layering flavors and building a base, pan searing, dry heat cooking and butter secrets.

MENU INCLUDES: French cut lamb chops, red wine reduction sauce, and seasonal vegetables sautéed with Orzo.
