SUMMARY:Community Restorative Yoga @ The Barn
DESCRIPTION:SHARE Day is the 7th of every month. It’s a day to Spread Hope And Remind Everyone that they are special. Every 7th of the month\, The Barn will be offering a free yoga class at 7pm. This will be a “restorative” yoga class which means – it’s mellow\, no heat\, use of pillows/props so you can just melt in to a position\, hang out in those positions for 3-5 minutes and let everything go. It’s incredibly relaxing and does wonders to relieve stress. This class will be taught in both English and Español. \nFree for members and the community. Come relax\, restore\, and connect — ven a conectar. You are not alone. \nPlease sign up in advance. Class size limited to 17 people. \n————— \nEl SHARE Day se celebra el día 7 de cada mes. Es un día para *Spread Hope And Remind Everyone* (Difundir Esperanza y Recordar a Todos) que son especiales. Cada día 7 del mes\, The Barn ofrecerá una clase de yoga gratuita a las 7:00 p. m.
