Educational Cheese and Chocolate Pairing Class

Sip wine paired with imported cheeses and chocolate!  This event includes a cheese education with each pairing presented by Rachel Lucas.  Rachel is an American Cheese Society CCP (Certified Cheese Professional), CCSE (Certified Cheese Sensory Evaluator) and a Society of Wine Educators CSW (Certified Specialist of wine).  She is an ambassador, a writer, an educator, and an all-around food and wine driven woman.
