Elevating Flavors with Spices and Seasonings: Cooking Class with Chef Holly Brown

Chelan’s beloved Culinary Apple store has paired up with Chef Holly Brown for cooking classes on Wednesday’s at 5pm in October. Check out the menus and dates, then get your tickets before they’re sold out. Each class takes place at the Culinary Apple in Chelan and includes a raffle for complimentary goodies. Classes limited to 14 students. $75 plus tax per person.

 

ELEVATING FLAVORS WITH SPICES AND SEASONINGS CLASS ON OCT. 19 INCLUDES: Make the classic French herb mix, Herbes de Provence from scratch and use it and other seasonings to prepare classic bistro style delectables such as crostini, Caprese, Fig and Fruit compote, plus lessons in olive oil and vinegars.
