Mother’s Day Permanent Jewelry Pop-up Event at Local Grounds Coffee Company!

Join us at Local Grounds Coffee Company for a special day for special humans!

While the commercialization of Mother’s Day is current in 2023, the recognition has not kept up with times: usually defaulting to the dated norm of two hetero parents or a single mother, and possibly a single father. But, this often leaves out same-sex couples, polyamorous families, and others asked to raise children, like grandparents, guardians, foster parents, etc.

Local Grounds and Chelan Links wants everyone to know, we love ALL OF YOU, in whatever “parent” and/or “child” form you take.  (More inclusive information can be found here:  Celebrate Mother’s Day in a way that includes all.)

While there’s certainly space to keep the celebration in the occasion, Chelan Links and Local Grounds will recognize those that love others, regardless of title or traditional role – we want to thank you for your care and kindness of others!  Local Grounds and Chelan Links looks forward to serving YOU on this special day!
