TIME: 10:30am-11:30am SnowGa (Snowshoe + Yoga) around Echo Valley.

12-1pm (Optional) Mobile Sauna + Cold Plunge (very limited space, please sign up EARLY to reserve your spot!)

We are sooo excited to offer SNOW-GA this year!! Chelan is pretty magical in the winter, and it’s even more magical when you can get outside and enjoy what nature has to offer. Snow shoeing is a sport that is a great workout and so much fun… Just add Yoga , and then optional mobile sauna + cold plunge and you have yourself a healthy start to your weekend !

Echo Valley Cabins will have an indoor lounge area for tea and coffee and a fire in the woodstove for warming up.

TIME & PLACE: We will MEET between 10am and 10:15am up at Echo Valley Resort & Cabins. From there we will enjoy a snow shoe adventure which will take about an hour total. Little Snowshoe adventure + yoga & play time. After our little adventure you have the option to rotate in and out of the Sauna/Cold Plunge as you please from 12-1pm. (RESERVE ahead of time, very limited space!)

BRING: Snow Shoes, Snow boots, Hat, Gloves, Warm Jacket, Snow Pants (or insulated pants if possible) + Water. Optional; snacks, scarf, hand warmers, anything else you think you may need! We will be “working out” so try to dress in layers as you may get warm as we are moving our bodies!

If you plan to use the Sauna/Cold plunge, please bring a towel, bathing suit and/or athletic clothes, and change of clothes for after!

Adults only~ (21+ preferred for a relaxing atmosphere)

Beginners welcome! Bring your own snow shoes though! (Rent if needed!)

Tickets are limited!

$20 Snow Shoe + Yoga (Snow shoes not included!)

+ (optional) $25 for 1 hour Mobile Sauna Cold Plunge rotations

DIRECTIONS: From Chelan, travel 1.5 miles west on State Highway 150 toward Manson to Boyd Road and follow the signs to the ski area. Echo Ridge is approximately 30 minutes from Chelan.

PLEASE RESERVE AT LEAST 48 HOURS AHEAD OF TIME!
