Vineyard Field Day and Paella Bash

Join us for paella in the vineyard along with an educational vineyard /winery tour.

Start with a vineyard/winery tour where we take you through the process of making wine from ground to glass highlighting a stroll through the vineyard with owner Don Phelps showcasing our Salmon-Safe and LIVE sustainable farming practices. Then get a guided tour through the winery facility with our head winemaker Julian. Pssst….there’s a back story for every wine label.

As the evening progresses, prepare your palate for a culinary adventure with Chef Erik Cannella’s (From Twisted Cork) on-site spectacle – a sizzling paella cooked outside on the crush pad, that’s as exotic and lively as our newest wines.

Menu

Upon Arrival:  Tapenade, toasted, spiced almonds, manchego and assorted cheeses, french bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Entrée: Traditional Spanish Paella made with chicken and sausage. (Vegetarian option available) Green Salad. 

Wine: Glass of Soixante Neuf Rosé, Amphora Tempranillo or Carbonic Gamay Noir

Additional wine, beer and soft drinks may be purchased separately.
