Join us for an ALL LEVELS Yoga class followed by delicious Rootwood Cider & Enchantment Mobile Sauna & Cold Plunge! ~

This class will be a mixture of hatha and vinyasa postures to get your body moving, flowing, and ready to start your weekend off right! All classes are taught by Certified Yoga Instructors and are All Levels.

After class feel free to hang out, grab a glass of cider and order some delicious food!
