The Barn yoga studio is a beautiful, welcoming space utilizing infrared heating – a one-of-a-kind space for Lake Chelan. Infrared heated yoga is shown to increase flexibility, relieve pain, detoxify through sweat, increase metabolism, and increase circulation. The Barn offers both heated and unheated yoga options, and has classes in a variety of styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, Yin, Sculpt and Core.
Join us for a 45-minute all-levels yoga class led by a local Yoga Uncorked Chelan instructor. We’ll move, breathe, and reset—no matter your experience level. After class, feel free to walk the garden and pick your own flower bouquet to take home. Yoga will be outdoors, so dress accordingly!
