COMPANY INTRODUCTION:

Our unique community features a 70-slip marina, sandy beach cove, pool, hot tub, pickleball & bocce ball courts, trails, parks, and playgrounds.
GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:
Security Team members are responsible for monitoring the safety of homeowners, guests, team members and general properties of the Lookout .
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
· Perform rounds throughout the property focusing on safety issues.
· Contacting guests and homeowners regarding observed or reported rules violations.
· Communicate with Lookout Team Members to address homeowner/guest concerns or safety issues.
· Handle day to day or emergency incidents and documenting those incident properly
· Parking Enforcement
· Willing to assist team members, homeowners and guests with various tasks.
· Perform any other duties deemed necessary.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Promote a positive and professional attitude to all guests/homeowners.
· Knowledge of Lookout Community Rules.
· Knowledge of Fire/Safety/Life procedures and ability to confidently handle emergency situations.
· Reliablity in attendance and punctuality.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Excellent communication, observation and teamworking skills necessary.
· Always remains professional and works well with others.
· Walking, standing, reaching, and lifting entire shift.
· Excellent decision making skills.
· Typical shift is approximately 8 hours. Weekend and evening shift availability necessary.
Willing to be trained, security experience not required
