2-4pm: Registration & Packet Pick Up @ Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce

3:30pm: Gather at Lake Chelan Casino for the Cruise (Download Route Map Here)

4:15pm: Cruise from the Lake Chelan Casino to Miller’s Auto Museum

4-7pm: Registration Reception @ Miller’s Lake Chelan Auto Museum

Saturday, May 31

7am-9am: Parking Begins! Enter Woodin Ave from Sanders St. Find an attendant with a Bright Cruizin Chelan Shirt to direct you!

8am-11am: Registration Continues & Packet Pick Up @ Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce

9am-3pm: Show ‘n’ Shine

10am-3pm: Vendor Market, Family Activities and more at Riverwalk Park

11am-1pm: Judging – this includes Spectators Choice. Scan the QR codes on the dash plaques to vote for your favorite!

11am-3pm: Live Music and beer garden at Riverwalk Park. Learn more about the activities offered at Riverwalk Park here!

3pm: Awards Ceremony

Pancake Breakfast

After you park your car, head on over to the Chelan Fire Station (232 E Wapato Ave) between 8am-11am for the Annual Pancake Breakfast. Proceeds benefit the Firefighter Association’s community projects.

Show ‘n’ Shine

Stroll up and down Chelan’s main street packed with classic muscle cars, coupes, sports cars, trucks, and more all vying for a chance to win the coveted “Best of Show” award.

Beer Garden

Sit back and relax in the Lake Chelan sun (or shade!) while enjoying an ice-cold beer, local wine or Bloody Good Co bloody mary, while listening to live music.*This is a 21+ space.
